Important Information
1) Proof of residency is required at registration.
2) Payments must be made in full with a check or money order payable to Blooming Grove Recreation Department.
3) Fees are non-refundable unless Blooming Grove cancels the program.
4) Early drop off/Late pick up: Not available before 8:00am or after 5:00pm
5) Immunization Records, Copy of Birth Certificate, and Health Records are required or your child will not be allowed to attend camp.
6) There is a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
7) Rules of behavior: Any problems regarding your child’s behavior will be communicated to the parent(s). We will work together to rectify all situations. However, continual behavioral problems could result in removal of your child from our program.
8) A bagged lunch and a drink should be brought to camp each day, unless noted.
9) T-shirts will be distributed the first day your child attends camp.
10) Parental sign-in/sign-out is required each day. Only authorized individuals will be allowed to pick-up your child. Special consideration in this area requires a signed permission slip from the parent and photo ID from the individual being allowed to pick up your child.
11) Age Requirement: Camp is now for ages 7-12. Child must turn 7 during weeks of camp operation or not exceed 13 on the first day of camp.
