Hil-Mar

Dear Parents,

          Please be advised that this permission slip must be signed, dated, and returned to the Camp Director before your child will be able to attend Hil-Mar. If your child arrives at camp and we do not have a permission slip on file, they will not be allowed to take part in any swimming activities at Hil-Mar until a permission slip is returned.

By signing this permission slip you are giving your child permission to participate in swimming and any other water activities at the Hil-Mar facility (dates as applicable to sessions registered for).
