TOWN OF BLOOMING GROVE TOWN BOARD

AMENDED

STANDARD WORK DAY and REPORTING RESOLUTION

           

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove previously adopted the  standard work day and reporting resolution.   The Board wishes to amend that resolution by correcting the entry for the Receiver of Taxes and adding the standard work day reporting information for Councilwoman Michele Murphy.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Blooming Grove does hereby amend its standard work day and reporting resolution to read as follows:

This Motion was put forth by Councilwoman Wells-Calhoun, seconded by Councilman  Nielsen and adopted by a vote of    3  Ayes,  0 Nays, 1 Abstention and 1 Absent.  

 

Vote of the Board:  Councilwoman Murphy-Absent, Councilwoman Wells-Calhoun-Aye, Councilman Kirkpatrick-Abstain, Councilman Nielsen – Aye, Supervisor Fornario– Aye

I, Barbara E. Decker, Town Clerk of the Town of Blooming Grove, State of New York, do hereby certify that I have compared the foregoing with the original resolution passed by the Town Board, at a legally convened meeting held on the 26th day of July, 2010, on file as part of the minutes of such meeting, and that same is a true copy thereof and the whole of such original.

            I further certify that the Town Board consists of the Town Supervisor and four (4) Councilpersons, and that  four (4) of such members were present at such meeting, one was absent,  and that three (3) of such members voted in favor of the above resolution and one (1) abstained.
