● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

 

●    Approval of the Minutes of the September 14, 2009 Town Board Meeting

 

●    Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

 

● Authorization - For the Building Inspector and the Code Enforcement Officer to attend the Annual Building Officials Code Enforcement Conference in Middletown on December 2nd & 3rd at a cost not to exceed $370.

 

●    Facility Use – Humane Society of Blooming Grove to place a banner advertising their “Run-Walk for the Animals” fundraiser on October 25, 2009 at Moffat Hall.

 

  • Facility Use – Board of Ethics to use the Conference Room at the Town Hall on Saturday September 26, 2009 to conduct business.

 

●    Jingle-Jog – Orange Runners Club Jingle-Jog to take place December 6th at 10am from Loughrans Restaurant to Orrs Mills Road to Jackson Avenue to Clove Road.  State & local Police notified.

 

●    Maintenance Bond – Refund in the amount of $24,847.48 to Toleman 50 Associates – Madisyn Avenue as per Planning Board direction.

 

●     Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

 

●     Warrants – Authorization to pay.

 

●     Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.

 

●     Adjournment
