    Approval of the Minutes of the August 24, 2009 Town Board Meeting and the September 8, 2009 Town Board Work Session

 

    Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

 

    Public Hearing – On accessory apartment amendment to the Town Zoning Code.

 

Field Dedication of the Washingtonville Youth Football and Cheerleading Complex at Lasser Park to The  Memory of Sgt. Matt Kelly to be known as “Matt Kelly Field.”

 

Resolution to retain Gerald Griffin, Jr. as the Town’s  Appraiser in the Tax Certiorari proceeding against Keen Equities on advice of Counsel.

 

Authorization - For the Town Assessor and her assistant to attend the Annual Assessors Conference in Saratoga Springs on 9/29 – 9/30 at a cost not to exceed $1,663.

 

Petty Cash Account to be established in the amount of $50.00 at the Nutrition Site and $200.00 at Town Justice Court.

 

    Appointment – To Zoning Board of Appeals effective immediately, Mr. John Kenny.

 

    Performance Bond Reduction – As per the Town Engineers recommendation on Guarino/Alexander Development, Horse Trail Lane to $68,000.

 

      Refund of Inspection Fees in the Amount of $10,000.00 to Toleman 50 Associates on Maintenance Bond.

 

    Facility Use – Authorization for use of Mays Field for annual Jon George Memorial Music Festival on Saturday 9/19/09 from 2pm until 9pm.

 

    Facility Use – Blooming Grove Republican Committee to use the lower level of Town Hall on 9/17/09 from 7-9pm to conduct a meeting.

 

     Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

 

     Warrants – Authorization to pay.

 

     Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
