● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

● Approval of the Minutes of the May 11^th, and the May 20^tth Town Board, 2009 Special Town Board Meetings

● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

• Public Hearing – Set a public hearing on “Flood Damage Prevention” local law for June 8, 2009 at 7:30pm.

• Public Hearing – Set a public hearing on the “All Terrain Vehicle” law for June 8, 2009 at 7:40pm.

• Bid Award - To Tilcon, N.Y. to pave Cherry Hill Road with a low bid of $177,450.

● Facility Use – Washingtonville Middle School, Ms. Elena Cozzupoli, to use Mays Field on 5/27 commencing at 10am for year end Field Day.

● Facility Use – Congressman John Hall to use Town Hall, upper level, on 5/27 from noon until 2:30pm to conduct a seminar on “Foreclosures”.

● Facility Use – Assemblywoman Nancy Calhoun to use the Nutrition Site on 6/27/09 to conduct an AARP “Driver Safety Course”. From 9am until 4pm.

● Facility Use – Mays Field parking area on Monday, May 25, 2009 from 10am until 1pm to Boy Scout Chris Shea to sell hot dogs, soda as a fund raiser for his Eagle Scout program.

● Resignation – From Buildings & Parks, Mr. Stephen Palermo effective May 29, 2009.

● Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

● Warrants – Authorization to pay.

● Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
