Town Board Meeting

● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

● Approval of the Minutes of the April 27^th , Town Board Meeting and the May 5^th Town Board Work Session and the May 8^th , 2009 Special Town Board Meeting.

● Promotion – To the position of Sergeant, Town of Blooming Grove, Officer Lisa LiVigni, effective 5/11/09.

● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

• Facility Use – Blooming Grove Humane Society, Ms. Vanessa French, to use Mays Field, back field, on May 17, 2009 at 1pm to play a charity softball game.

● Facility Use – Washingtonville Middle School to use Mays Field, Team Endeavor, on Tuesday May 19^th 10:30am to 2pm for year end field day & picnic. Rain date May 21^st.

● Facility Use – Washingtonville Middle School, Ms. Lisa Loughlin, to use Mays Field May 18^th from 10:45am until 1:30pm for year end field trip. Rain date 5/20.

● Facility Use – Washingtonville Middle School, Team Integrity, Ms. Manngard, to use Mays Field on Thursday, May 21^st from 8:30am until 1:30pm for a year end field day. Rain date 5/26.

● Facility Use – Moffat Library to use Moffat Hall on 7/31/09 from 5-9pm, 8/5/09 from 1-4pm, 8/6/09 from 1:30-4:30pm.

● Lease – For a period of one month, one Vac-All Vacuum Truck for a fee of $9,500.

● Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

● Warrants – Authorization to pay.

● Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
