    Resolution – Authorize improvements of Mountain View Estates Water District infrastructure at a cost not to exceed $250,000.

 

    Resolution – Bond resolution authorizing borrowing not to exceed $250,000 to finance cost of Mountain View Water District infrastructure.

 

    Resolution – To set a Public Hearing for the Orange County Community Development program – F/Y 2011 for Monday, April 26 at 7:30pm.

 

    Resolution – Authorize Washingtonville Little League to construct fence at Mays Field subject to attorneys approval of license agreement.

 

     Authorization – Orange Runners Club to use certain town roads for Hudson Valley 15k race on Saturday, April 11, 2010, between 9am – 10:30am.

 

     Authorization – For Orange County Board of Elections to use Blooming Grove Town Hall for election inspector training on Wednesday, June 16 from 6pm – 9pm.

 

     Authorization – For Humane Society of Blooming Grove to use Highway Garage (bay) on Saturday, May 22, 2010 from 9am-2pm for a rabies clinic.

 

     Transfer – Of funds to checking account to pay warrants (bills)

 

     Authorization – To pay warrants (bills)

 

     Public Comment – On non-agenda items
