● Approval of the Minutes of the March 9^th, Town Board Meeting

● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

● Authorization – For reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Town Clerk in attending the annual New York State Town Clerks Association Conference on April 26-29, 2009 at a cost not to exceed $772.22 plus tolls and mileage.

● Retirement – With regret following 21 years of service as Nutrition Site Manager, Stella Bianco effective March 24, 2009.

● Promotion – To Nutrition Site Manager effective March 24, 2009, Ms. Angela Gibbons.

● Promotion – To Nutrition Site Cook effective March 24, 2009, Ms. Judy Jennings.

● Appointment – To Recreation Bus Driver at $14.00 per hour effective immediately Ms. Susan Sipko.

● Surplus – To scrap, one 1992 Stihl Weed Trimmer #24772913 as per Highway Superintendent.

● Facility Use – Recreation Department to use the Nutrition Site on April 22, 24, from 3:15 to 4:30pm and May 1, 8, 15 from 3:15 to 4:30pm for cooking class.

● Facility Use – Washingtonville Youth Football to use the fields and concession stand for flag and tackle football effective April 1, 2009.

● Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

● Warrants – Authorization to pay.

● Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
