● Approval of the Minutes of the May 26^th, Town Board Meeting and the June 2^nd Work Session

● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

• Public Hearing – On “Flood Damage Prevention” local law.

• Public Hearing – On the “All Terrain Vehicle” law.

• Resolution – Requesting the State Legislature to enact a law returning responsibility for the special districts, water and sewer, from the Village of South Blooming Grove to the Town of Blooming Grove.

• Bids – To let out to bid the Town-Wide Garbage District Contract. Bids for the years 2010 – 2014 to be opened on July 6, 2009 at 11am at Town Hall.

● Resolution – To deny the “Freedom of Information” request by the Times Herald Record for “Board Packets” prior to Town Board meetings.

● Surplus – For scrap, one dump truck body.

● Rate Increase – Central Garage labor rate increase from 30.42 per hour to 31.14 per hour.

● Facility Use – Mays Field for graduation party on July 18, 2009 from 2-9pm.

● Appointment to Groundskeeper – Full time at $18.34 per hour, Matt Hodge effective 6/10/09.

● Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

● Warrants – Authorization to pay.

● Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
