● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

● Approval of the Minutes of the December 22^nd, Town Board Meeting, the December 31^st Special Town Board Meeting, the January 5^th Re-Organization Meeting, and the January 6^th, 2009 Town Board Work Session

● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

● Bid Award – For regular unleaded gas, on-road diesel fuel, and #2 heating oil to Bottini Fuel for the year of 2009.

● Authorization – To sign the Office for the Aging contract agreement for the year 2009.

● Facility Use – Braeside Aqua to use the Nutrition Site to conduct a meeting on January 22^nd, 2009 at 7pm.

● Facility Use – Humane Society of Blooming Grove to conduct meetings on the second Thursday of each month from 6:30 until 8:00pm at the Nutrition Site.

● Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

● Transfers – To approve the 2008 end of year line item transfers.

● Warrants – Authorization to pay.

● Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
