●  Public Hearing – Orange County Community Development Block Grant Project for 2011

 

●     Approval of the Minutes of the April 12 Town Board Meeting and April 21 Town Board Water District #3 Informational Meeting

●     Resolution – Authorize improvements of Mountain View Estates Water District infrastructure at a cost not to exceed $250,000.

 

●     Resolution – Bond resolution authorizing borrowing not to exceed $250,000 to finance cost of Mountain View Water District infrastructure.

 

●     Resolution – To appoint Carole McCann to the Board of Assessment Review to a term of office which expires September 30, 2013.

 

●     Resolution – To approve consent judgment settling Luongo tax certiorari as previously approved by Assessor.

 

●     Resolution – To revise the “Town of Blooming Grove Goods & Services Procurement Policy” using guidelines as revised by the OSC in November 2009.

 

●     Resolution – Surplus one 1986 FWD VIN#:1F9AB28ROGCFT1078.

 

●     Resolution – To lease one (1) Freightliner M2-112V Chassis with Dump Body, Plow Spreader as per 2010 budget.

 

●     Resolution – To approve Memorandum of Agreement for police officers and sergeants contracts.

 

●     Resolution – To appoint Norman Whitby to position of mechanic at a salary of $22.92 per hour, effective April 28, 2010.

 

●     Resolution – To waive Zoning Board application fee for Museum Village for review of project.

 

●     Authorization – For Team Genesis (Washingtonville Middle School) to use Mays Field for end-of-year event on May 20, 2010 (rain date: May 21) from 10:30-2:00PM.

 

●     Authorization – For the Orange County Water Authority to use Town Hall (upper level) for Moodna Creek Watershed meeting on Thursday April  29 from 6:30-9:00PM.

 

●     Authorization – For Blooming Grove Recreation to use Senior Center on dates of April 30, May 7, May 14, and May 21 from 3:30 – 4:45PM for youth program activities.

 

●     Authorization – For the Humane Society of Blooming Grove to use the Blooming Grove Recreation Center (Moffat Library) on December 3, 2010, from 4:00-9:00PM.

 

●       Transfer – Of funds to checking account to pay warrants (bills)

 

●       Authorization – To pay warrants (bills)

 

●       Police Report – Chief Carl Schupp

 

●       Public Comment – On non-agenda items
