Award
– To award to Interstate Waste the Town Wide Garbage District Contract.
● Award – To refund the
additional amount charged because of the
increase in the per 1,000-gallon usage rate applied to the July water use
billing of Tappan Hill Water District #4 and Oxford Water District #2.
● Association
of Towns
– To submit annual dues in the amount of $1,500 to cover membership for
calendar year 2010.
● Facility
Use –
Humane Society of Blooming Grove to use the Nutrition Site on Saturday, October
17, from 6-9pm for a fundraiser.
● Facility
Use –
Washingtonville LaCrosse Club to use Mays Field, grassy area, senior field,
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday thru the fall for practice and scrimmage.
● Facility
Use –
Washingtonville Vipers Baseball to use Mays Field, junior field, for practice
and games, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday August thru November.
● Zoning
Code Amendment – To schedule a public hearing on September 14, 2009, at 7:30pm, to
amend the accessory apartment provisions so regulations in residential and non
residential buildings are consistent.
● Transfers – Resolution to effect
necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.
● Warrants – Authorization to
pay.
● Public Comment – Limited to (3)
three minutes.
