● Approval of the Minutes of the July 27, 2009 Town Board Meeting, the Thursday July 30, 2009 Special Order of Business Town Board Meeting, and the Tuesday August 3, 2009 Town Board Work Session.

● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

● Award – To Village of Washingtonville towards construction of little league field a “member item” check in the amount of ten thousand dollars through the effort of Assemblywoman Nancy Calhoun.

● Resolution – To adopt the sewer use charge increase for Tappan Sewer District #2.

● Resolution – To adopt the sewer use charge increase for Glenwood Hills Sewer District #5.

● Resolution – To approve settlement of a tax certiorari claim settlement by Provident Bank as directed by Town appointed Attorney, John Thomas Esq.

● Resolution – To approve settlement of a tax certiorari claim settlement by Pyramid Construction Company as

directed by Town appointed Attorney, John Thomas Esq.

● Resignation – With regret, from the Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals, Chairperson Geraldine Sherman, effective 8/1/09.

● Appointment – To the Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals, Chairperson Lisa Silk for the remainder of her term, expiring 1/10/2015, effective 8/1/09.

● Refund – For the remaining three weeks of summer camp to the family of Lucas Van Riper due to illness.

● Approval – For “The Forest Ride” a bicycle riding, 170 mile fund raiser to traverse Blooming Grove on Sunday, October 11 and Monday October 12, 2009.

● Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

● Warrants – Authorization to pay.

● Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
