    Approval of the Minutes of the March 23rd, 2009 Town Board Meeting, the March 31st 2009 Special Order of Business Town Board Meeting and the April 7th 2009 Town Board Work Session.

 

    Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

 

    Public Hearing – Set a public hearing on Community Development Block Grant Projects for 2010 on April 27th at 7:35pm.

 

    Authorization – Secure negative declaration and bond resolution for construction of Lasser Park Pavillion, maintenance garage and office.

 

    Authorization – By the Town Board to accept, and Supervisor to sign, a one year contract with Local 445 Teamsters for the Highway Department

 

    Resignation - From the Town of Blooming Grove Police Department with regret Patrolman Ralph M. Morales effective 4/12/09.

 

    Facility Use – Blooming Grove Republican Committee to use Town Hall, lower level on 4/16/09 to conduct their monthly meeting.

 

    Authorization – For the Town Board to approve the Volunteer Ambulance Corps. Worker Services Award program list of all 2008 active members.

 

    Planning Board - Set application and escrow fees as follows:

Application Fee 50 - 99 lots @ $150 – per lot.  Escrow Fee 50 - 99 lots @ $350 – per lot.

 

     Humane Society – Fund raiser event scheduled for October 25, 2009 Fieldstone Plaza, Route 94, 9:15am road race/walk.

 

     Authorization – For Highway Superintendent Amante to attend Highway School in Ithaca N.Y June 1-3, 2009 at a cost not to exceed $570.

 

     Authorization – For Highway Foreman Jados to attend Highway School in Ithaca N.Y June 1-3, 2009 at a cost not to exceed $540.

 

     Transfers – From F/B, DR 0909.000DB to CR 5112.400 DB the sum of $179.600 for permanent road improvement, ie. Cherry Hill Road.

 

     Surplus – For scrap one Dell computer, serial #1065F21.

 

     Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

 

     Warrants – Authorization to pay.

 

     Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.

 

     Adjournment
