Town Board Meeting

● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

● Approval of the Minutes of the October 13, 2009 Town Board Meeting

● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

● Public Hearing – To amend the local law on curfew for minors.

● Curfew Hours – To confirm the Halloween curfew hours for minors as approved on October 13 Town Board Meeting.

● Public Hearing – To set a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget for November 3^rd at 7:00pm Work Session.

● Public Hearing –To set a Public Hearing on Special Assessments for November 9, 2009 at 7:30pm.

● Resolution – To remove Tri-State Inspection Agency from the list of Town authorized electrical inspectors and replace them with N.Y. Electrical Inspections & Consulting LLC.

● Bids – Nutrition Site – Police Station roofs – no bids. 3 quotes – low quote $25,750 – awarded to BJS Construction.

● Bids – To advertise for bids on Police building renovation. Bids to be opened on 11/30/09 at 11am.

● Facility Use – Cub Scouts Pack 16 to use Mays Field Oct. 31 from 11am until 4pm for a “Cub Scout Rocket Launch”.

● Facility Use – “Moodna Creek Watershed Study Group” to use Town Hall November 30, 2009 from 7-9pm to conduct a meeting.

● Facility Use –Recreation Department to use the Nutrition Site, kitchen and dining area, on Fridays 10/23, 10/30, 11/6 from 3:30pm until 4:45pm for cooking class.

● Appointment – To Recreation as a dance instructor, Ms. Katelynn Sowa at a salary of $18.00 per hour, effective 10/31/09.

● Authorization – For the Law offices of Jacobowitz and Gubits to represent the Town in tax certiorari proceedings that were commenced against the Town on the 2008-2009 tax roll.

● Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

● Warrants – Authorization to pay.

● Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
