● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

● Approval of the Minutes of the September 28, 2009 Town Board Meeting

● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

● Presentation of Check – Introduction of Christopher Shea, Boy Scout Troop 540 presenting a check for $3,000 – which he raised by selling hot dogs on Memorial Day as part of his Eagle Scout project to purchase additional playground equipment at Lasser Park in conjuction with Youth Football and Cheerleading.

● Halloween Curfew Hours for Minors - Friday – 10/30/09 – 6pm to Saturday 10/31/09 6am

Saturday – 10/31/09 – 6pm to Sunday 11/01/09 6am

Sunday – 11/01/09 – 6pm to Monday 11/02/09 6am

● Zoning Code Amendment – To adopt the amendment to Town Zoning Code, section 235-45.6, titled “Accessory Apartment Units”.

● Public Hearing - To set a public hearing for October 26, 2009 7:30pm to amend the local law on curfews for minors.

● Re-Levy – Unpaid water & sewer & garbage on the 2010 tax roll.

● Bids – Authorization to bid the Town Emergency Equipment and labor for the year 2010.

● Facility Use – Cub Scouts Pack 16 to use Mays Field Oct. 17 from 11am until 4pm for a “Cub Scout Rocket Launch”.

● Facility Use – Girl Scout Troop #408 to use the Nutrition Site on Sunday 12/6/09 from 1-4:30pm and 6/6/10 from 1-4:30 pm for a meeting.

● Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

● Warrants – Authorization to pay.

● Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
