● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

● Approval of the Minutes of the October 26^th, 2009 Town Board Meeting and the November 3^rd Town Board Work Session

● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

● Adoption - To adopt the 2010 Preliminary Budget, Town of Blooming Grove

● Public Hearing – On the Special Assessment Rolls.

● Public Hearing – To set a Public Hearing on the Orchard Lake Water Works Acquisition for 12/14/09 at 7:30pm.

● Authorization – To hire Mr. Gary E. Smith as a driver, operator in Town Highway Department on a contract basis at a rate of $24.36 per hour.

● Bid Opening – For heavy equipment and labor for the year 2010, bid award to low bidder Scott Perri Landscaping, Inc., Washingtonville.

● Resolution – Excluding health insurance coverage and buyout option for all future Town Board members commencing 1/1/10.

● Refund – Of Maintenance Bond and Inspection Fees to Buck Hollow sub-division as per Planning Board and Town Engineers recommendation.

● Reduction - Of Maintenance Bond and road dedication for the Bond Street VI – Brewster Court sub-division as per Planning Board and Town Engineers recommendation.

● Facility Use – Nutrition Site to be used by seniors for Holiday Wishes to wrap gifts on December 19 and December 21-23 for delivery.

● Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

● Warrants – Authorization to pay.

● Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
