of the Minutes of the November 9th, 2009 Town Board Meeting
● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only
● Resolution – To clarify the
“Health Coverage Resolution” for new Board Members.
● Resolution – Authorizing to pay
to DEC in behalf of Glenwood Hills and Tappan Sewer Districts $1,250 - and $500
– respectively.
● Facility
Use –
Authorizing Washingtonville Little League to advertise registration dates on
the lawn at Moffat Hall until December 5, 2009.
● Facility
Use –
Authorizing the use of the Nutrition Site by the 60+ Club on the second and
fourth Friday of each month from 1-3pm.

Facility Use – Authorizing the Washingtonville High School All Night Party Class of
2010 to place advertising at Moffat Hall for their annual craft fair effective
November 28, 2009.
● Facility
Use –
Authorizing the use of the Nutrition Site by the Blooming Grove Democratic
Committee on the first Wednesday of each month throughout 2010 commencing at
7:30pm.
● Bids – To go out to bid
for regular unleaded gas, on-road diesel fuel, #2 heating oil, sand for ice
control, washed sand for ice control.
Sealed bids to be received until 11am on December 17th, 2009
at which time they will be opened and read.
● Transfers – Resolution to effect
necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.
● Warrants – Authorization to
pay.
● Public Comment – Limited to (3)
three minutes.
