Town Board Meeting

● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the May 12^th, 2008 Town Board Meeting.

●    Pubic Comment on Agenda Items Only

●    Public Hearing  - On a introductory local law to adopt new subdivision regulations and requirements.

●    Public Hearing  - On solicitation of CDBG Projects for 2009.

●    Public Hearing   - On an introductory local law on the prohibition of illegal storm water discharges.

●    Resolution – Requiring Escrow deposits for review of setback variance applications for all structures except single family residences.

●    Resolution – Authorizing submission to the Orange County Consortium Community Development Program for fiscal 2009.

●    Set a Public Hearing - To rezone, RR to ORI Section 54, Block 1, Lot 14, and Section 54, Block 1, Lot 41.   For June 9, 2008 at 7:30pm.

●    Authorization – For the law firm of Jacobowitz & Gubits to represent the Town in Tax Certiorari proceeding against Brotherhood Plaza, LLC.

●     Bid Award – For Orange and Rockland roadway reconstruction to low bid, Tilcon, New York Inc, with a bid of $106,600.

●     Bid Award – To high bidder, Liberty Motors with a bid of $2,701 for 2004 Crown Victoria Vin#:2FAHP71WX4X100209.

●     Bid Award – For Louise Lane roadway reconstruction to low bid Nannini & Callahan Excavating, Inc. with a low bid of $239,509.48.

●     Appointments – To Recreation Bus Driver at $13.00 per hour, Ms. Diane Flores, Ms. Carol Drescher, Ms. Karen Molinaro, Mr. Michael Montes, effectively.

●     Appointments – To Food Service Helper, part time at $10.48 an hour, effective 5/28/08, Cindee Purcell.

●     Facility Use – Blooming Grove Ambulance Corps to use Mays Field and facilities for bar-b-q on August 16 from noon until 7pm.

●     Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

●     Warrants – Authorization to pay.

 ●    Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
