  Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

 

●    Approval of the Minutes of the April 28th, 2008 Town Meeting, and the May 6th Town Board Work Session.

 

●    Public Comment on Agenda Items Only.

 

●    Public Hearing  - set a public hearing for May 27 at 7:40pm to solicit CDBG projects for 2009.

 

●    Public Hearing  - set a public hearing on the prohibition of illegal storm water discharges, for May 27 at 7:40pm.

 

●    Resolution – authorizing submission – Orange County Consortium Community Development Program for fiscal year 2009.

 

●    Authorization – for the Town’s Sole Assessor, Ms. Lori Coady, to attend the annual seminar on appraising at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY from July 13, 2008 thru July 19, 2008 at a cost not to exceed $1,480.

 

●    Authorization – for Towns Receiver of Taxes to attend her 2008 annual training seminar at Glens Falls July 8, thru July 11, at a cost of $605 – plus mileage.

 

●     Surplus – by Highway Department and go to bid on (1) one 1998 Ford Crown Victoria Vin#2FAFP71W1WX15950, no minimum bid required.

 

●     Facility Use – Washingtonville Middle School, Ms. Virginia Scott, to use Mays Field and facilities on May 28, from 11am until 2pm, rain date 5/29/08.

 

●     Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.

 

●     Warrants – Authorization to pay.

 

 ●    Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
