     Approval of the Minutes of the May 24, 2010 town board meeting and June 7 town board work session

 

     Public Comment on Agenda Items Only

 

     Public Hearing – To establish rate increase for Bull Mill Sewerage Corporation

 

     Resolution – To authorize appeal of the Coe litigation.

 

     Resolution – To authorize approval of a settlement agreement of a tax certiorari between Frontier Communications and the Town of Blooming Grove.

 

     Resolution – To approve a contract with the New York Rural Water Association to conduct smoke-testing in the Tappan Sewer District the week of June 22nd, at a cost not to exceed $1,000.

 

     Resolution – To authorize standard workday of six hours for town officials for retirement system reporting purposes.

 

     Authorization – To return subdivision application fee to James Aronson on recommendation of Planning Board.

 

     Resolution –To establish town board work sessions to be held at 10:30AM on the second Wednesday following the first regularly scheduled town board meeting of each month.

 

     Authorization – Transfer from B Fund balance $62,415.69 to pay retro-active Police salaries as per PBA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

 

     Resolution – Accepting high bid of $250.00 from Peter Veraldo for surplused 1986 FWD from Highway Dept. VIN#: 1F9AB28ROGCFT1078.

 

     Resolution –  To authorize the use of Tuthill Road between Route 94 and Cherry Hill Road between 9:05 and 11:15 on Sunday October 31 by the Blooming Grove Humane Society.

 

     Authorization – For Hook and Ladder to use Mays Field on September 24, 25, 26 for a softball tournament.

 

     Authorization – For Knights of Columbus to use Mays Field (both fields) on September 17, 18, 19 all day for a softball tournament.

 

     Authorization – For Blooming Grove Humane Society to use Lasser Park pavilion and parking lot on July 10 from 4:00 – till end and on August 14 all day for fund raising events.

 

       Transfer – Of funds to checking account to pay warrants

 

       Authorization – To pay warrants

 

       Public Comment – On non-agenda items
