authorizing the payment of a premium for a bond of $225,000 indemnifying the
Receiver of Taxes for the Town, County and State in the year 2010.

Town, towing roster policy.

Renewal
With Partners in Safety for the year 2010 as per U.S. Department of
Transportation Regulations.
● Bid
Award
The heavy equipment and labor contract for the year 2010 is awarded to the
low bid by Scott Perri Landscaping.
● Facility
Use
Blooming Grove Knitting Group to use the Nutrition Site every Tuesday
throughout 2010 from 6:50pm until 9:45pm.
● Facility
Use
American Sewing Group to use the Nutrition Site on the first and third Thursday
throughout 2010 from 6:50pm until 9:45pm.
● Facility
Use
Blooming Grove Recreation to use the Nutrition Site kitchen and dining area on
Fridays in January 2010 from 3:45until 5pm for a cooking class.
● Resignation Nutrition Site, Ms.
Cindee Purcell, effective 12/23/09 position to be advertised.
● Transfer Funding from
DA5130-500 and DA5142-100 to 5142-400DA to purchase road salt.
● Transfers Resolution to effect
necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.
● Warrants Authorization to
pay.
