● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence
● Approval of the Minutes of the April 14th, 2008 Town Meeting.
● Public Comment on Agenda Items Only.
● Promotion – To Police Sergeant, Police Officer Richard Algarin effective April 28, 2008.
● Public hearing on rezoning of properties to commercial on 17M, RR to ORI, from Sec. 54 – Block 1 – Lot 32 - 1 thru Sec. 54 – Block 1- Lot 40.
● Public hearing on a local law exempting senior citizens from property tax on un-reimbursed medical and prescription drug expenses.
● Set a public hearing on a introductory local law to adopt new subdivision regulations and requirements. For May 27, 2008 at 7:30pm.
● Accessory apartment special permit fee revision as per Planning Board.
● Resolution – Approving settlement of tax certiorari claim by Richard and Linda Abrams as recommended by Counsel.
● Facility Use – Humane Society of Blooming Grove to sponsor a road race/walk, fundraiser on October 26, 2008. Sponsors requesting closure of Tuthill Road between Route 94 and Cherry Hill Road between 9:05am and 11:15am, additionally, the closure of Cherry Hill Road between 9:45am and 11:15am. The presence of police cars and personnel at Tuthill Road and Route 94 for traffic control is also requested.
● Vendor Application – By James Trevorah for a hot dog stand at 30 Clove Road, Salisbury Mills.
● Vendor Application – By Daniel M. Sauro to sell ice cream from a truck in Blooming Grove.
● Surplus Equipment – One Ford Crown Victoria Vin #2FAHP71WX100209 with 114,362 miles, police vehicle.
● Refund – To Mr. George Rogero for unused Building Permit fees, $1,200. As per recommendation of Building Inspector.
● Authorization – For Buildings & Grounds Supervisor, Mark Soehnlein to attend a two day exhibition in New York City. Expenses limited to travel and meals with receipts submitted.
● Transfers – Resolution to effect necessary transfer of funds to pay warrants.
● Warrants – Authorization to pay.
● Public Comment – Limited to (3) three minutes.
