● Approval of the Minutes of the March 22 Town Board Meeting and Work Session and the April 5 Town Board Work Session

● Resolution – Approve release of claim against Orange and Rockland Utilities concerning Old Mansion Road work in consideration of receiving $15,000.00.

● Resolution – Declare as surplus two Highway Department vehicles: 1964 International B414 tractor with loader serial #:1728M592/14609 and 1987 Mauldin paver model 550 serial #:87-11-249.

● Resolution – Accept low bid to purchase new 6.5 ton capacity Crawler Track Mounted paver for $50,000.00 and trade-in of surplused tractor and paver.

● Resolution – Opposition to NYS Governor Patterson’s proposal to cut funding for state parks and historic sites.

● Resolution – Support of Reality Check’s initiative to modify tobacco advertising at retail stores.

● Transfer – Of funds to checking account to pay warrants (bills)

● Authorization – To pay warrants (bills)

● Public Comment – On non-agenda items
