● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the September 13^th and the September 10^th 2007 Town Board Meeting

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    Authorization for the New York Attorney General to pursue civil claims of computer sales on behalf of the Town of Blooming Grove.

●    Adoption of the amendments to Zoning Code as approved by Town Board and O.C. Planning.

●    Public hearing on Route 17M zoning boundaries.

●    Facility Use –  Blooming Grove Republican Committee to use lower level, Town Hall for meeting on 9/27/07 instead of 9/20/07 as previously approved.

●    Humane Society of Blooming Grove to display a banner at Moffat Library, corner of Route 208 and Route 94 advertising a road race/walk fundraiser on October 28, 2007.

●     Latino Democratic Committee of O.C. to use the Nutrition Site on 10/10 – 10/15 – 10/22 – 10/24/2007 from 7-9pm for meetings.

●     Transfers –
