Town Board Meeting

● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the August 27^th, 2007 Town Board Meeting and the September 4^th 2007 Work Session

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    To set a public hearing on proposed Route 17M Zoning Amendments for September 24, 2007 at 7:30pm.

●    Public hearing on the Zoning Law amending accessory apartments.

●    Road dedication, Salzburg-Skyview-Vantage Construction to post Maintenance Bond in the amount of $92,000 which would represent 10% of the original bond amount as submitted by the Town Engineer.

●    Authorization to bid for heavy equipment and labor contract for 2008.  Bid documents will be available to contractors on 9/18 and due 10/11/07.

●    Re-appointment to the Board of Assessment and Review, Ms. Carol E. Norton for a term of 5 years effective 9/30/07.

●    Facility Use – Hudson Valley Council, BSA to use Lasser Park parking lot areas, November 10 from 9am until 2pm for Webelos invasion.

●    Washingtonville Cougars, fall baseball league to use Mays Field 9/9 until 11/11, afternoons on Sundays.

●    Brownie Girl Scout Troop 600 to use Moffat Hall Sundays 3-5pm weekly.

●    NYFCL to use Moffat Hall Oct. 1 thru Jan. 1^st, Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 Sat. 4-5:30, Fridays 6:30-7:30 for cheerleading practice.

●    Request to surplus from Parks & Grounds one Dodge Dump Truck, VIN#:1B6MF3655VJ566701 with Western snow blade and Fisher stainless steel sander.
