Town Board Meeting

● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the September 24^th Town Board Meeting

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    Public Hearings:

Set a public hearing on the 2008 Preliminary Town Budget and Special Assessment Rolls for October 22^nd at 7:30pm.

                  Set a public hearing on Accessory Apartment Occupancy for October 22^nd 2 at 7:45pm.

      Set a public hearing for November 12^th at 7:30pm on a local law granting Property Tax Exemption to Cold War Veterans.

       ●   Bid Award – On the 1997 Dodge Dump Truck to Liberty Motors, Jersey City, with a bid of $5,813.99

●     Facility Use –  Nutrition Site to be used on 10/24/07 from 3:15-4:30pm by Lisa Petro, Town Recreation for cooking class.

●     Braeside Aqua Corp. to use the Nutrition Site on 10/25/07 from 7-9pm for a meeting.

●     Hudson Valley Wooden Baseball League to use Mays Field, Junior Field Sunday 9/7 from 9-3pm.

●     Blooming Grove Republican Committee to use lower level, Town Hall on 10/11 – 11/8 – 12/13/07 from 7-9pm to conduct meetings.

●     Relmax Benchmark Realtors to use Mays Field October 12, 1pm, for softball game and picnic.

●     Re-Levy – Unpaid water, sewer, garbage for 2008 tax bill.

●     Bond:

To set a Performance Bond and Inspection Fees in the amounts of $109,000 – with Inspection Fees at $6,540 on Alexandra Development at Horse Trail Lane as per Town Planning Board Engineers recommendation.

●     N.Y.S.B.O. Conference – Authorization for the Town Building Inspector and Assistant Building Inspector to attend this conference at a cost not to exceed $300.
