● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the May 14, 2007 Town Board Meeting and the Inter-Municipal Town/Village             

Meeting of May 22, 2007.

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    Public hearing on Zoning Law Amendments.

●    Set a public hearing for June 11, 2007 to solicit CDBG Projects for 2008 at 7:30pm.

●    Resolution authorizing submission – Orange County Consortium Community Development Program fiscal year 2008.

●    Resolution to increase variance application fees from $200 – to $300 as per ZBA request.

●    Authorization for the Supervisor to sign Inter-Municipal Agreements with the Village of South Blooming Grove.

●    Rescind and refund the $250 fee on the April 9 vendor application to Ms. Jean Otto.

●    Facility Use – Orange County Board of Elections to use Town Hall on Thursday August 9^th from 7-9:00pm for training class.

●    Maintenance Bond and Road Dedication – Natchu Court.  As per Planning Board and Town Engineers recommendation to set bond in the amount of $38,000 and dedicate this road as a Town road.

●    Moodna Watershed Management Group to use Town Hall on June 14 from 3-5:00pm.

●    Appointment – To Receiver of Taxes office effective immediately, Ms. Nancy Glynn.  As Waste Service Clerk.

●    Transfers
