●    Resolution levying the cost of final clean-up of 14 Dallas Dr. $2,505.78 on to the tax bill of the property.

 

●    Appointments:  To Recreation as Groundskeeper, Mr. Ken DeGroat effective 3/26/07.

 

                                 To Recreation as Groundskeeper, p/t Mr. Warren Furrvig effective 3/26/07.

 

                                 To the Assessors Office as Assessors Clerk, Ms. Tina Galvin effective 4/11/07.

 

●    Facility Use: Village of Washingtonville to use Mays Field 9/8/07 or, rain date, 9/9/07 for a Jon George Benefit Concert.

 

●    To award the bid for the “San Marcos Improvement Project” to C.A. Phillips Construction Corp. with a bid of $227,420.00.

 

●    Advertise for bids for a trailer mounted asphalt hauler for Highway Dept.  Bids to be opened 4/26/07, 11:00am at Town Hall.

 

●    Adoption of resolution of negative declaration and authorization to approve a Bond Resolution for Water District #4 for an amount not-to-exceed $25,000.00, to be used for mandated upgrades to referenced Water District.

 

●     Town spring cleanup – Saturday April 14th, 8:00am Town Hall.  Sign up.
