Town Board Meeting

Monday, March 12, 2007 – 7:30pm

● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the February 26, 2007 Town Board Meeting

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    Facility Use:  Washingtonville Little League to use Stonegate Fields from 3/31/07 thru 7/31/07, Monday thru Friday, 8am – 8pm and Saturdays 8am to 11pm and Sunday 8am-8pm.

●    Recreation to use the Nutrition Site kitchen and dining area on 4/18/07 from 3:15 to 4:30pm for cooking class.

●    Washingtonville High School Drama Club to place signs on Moffat Library lawn.

●    Appointments: To Highway as MEO effective 3/21/07, Christopher Spear.

●    To the Moodna Watershed Committee representing Blooming Grove, Mr. Ron Jurain.

●    To retain Kerron Barnes Associates to research and prepare grant applications at $65.00 per hour.

●    Authorization to reimburse the Town Clerk, Barbara Decker for expenses to be incurred for attending the annual N.Y.S. Town Clerks Association Conference at Rochester, N.Y. from April 29^th through May 2, 2007 at a cost of $681.00 plus tolls & mileage reimbursement.

●    Surplus: Town Court antiquated computer monitors, keyboard and computer to be surplussed and disposed of.

●    Surplus to bid beginning at $300 – 11 tires, 11-14-R20.  Accumulatively.  Bids to be opened at Town Hall on April 3, 2007.

●    Town Spring Cleanup – Saturday April 14^th, 9am.  Sign up by calling the Supervisors office, 496-5223.

 ●    Warrants – Authorization to pay
