●    Approval of the Minutes of the May 29, 2007 Town Board Meeting and the June 5th, 2007 Town Board Work Session

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    Public hearing on Zoning Law Amendments. 

●    Public hearing on Community Development Block Grant projects for fiscal year 2008.

●    Facility Use: New York State Courts Dunne Committee to use Town Hall on June 19, 2007 at 3:30pm to discuss an action plan for the courts.

●    Orange County Board of Elections to use Town Hall August 14, 2007 for inspector training.

●    Bids: Bid award to Meadowland Ford Truck Sales Inc. one Sterling L-9500 diesel truck with a central hydraulic system with a low bid of $134,860.00.

●    Resolution: Authorization to apply to the Justice Court Assistance Program for a grant request not to exceed $20,000.

●    Authorization to sign stipulation adjourning indefinitely the date for the Town to respond to the petition/complaint served on the Town by the Village of Kiryas Joel.

●    Resolution by the Town Board reassuring support for the Route 94 Cell Tower installations.

●    Resolution to authorize the cancellation of the skateboard agreement with the Village of Washingtonville.

●    Authorization to sign the Zoning Board of Appeals and Zoning services, Inter-Municipal Agreement between the Town of Blooming Grove and the Village of South Blooming Grove.
