Town Board Meeting

● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the June 25, 2007 Town Board Meeting and July 3, 2007 Town Board Work Session

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    Authorization for the Town Supervisor to sign the Volunteer Ambulance Corp Service Award Adoption Agreement pending confirmation by the State Comptroller.

●    Resolution to adopt Zoning Law Amendments.

●    Resolution to authorize water service by Tomahawk Lake Water District #3 to sec. 16 bl. 4 lot 8. as an out of district user at a user charge of 1.5 of in - district rates.

●    Bids – Award to Whispering Pine Development for Work Area #1, Dallas Drive, Duelk Avenue to Pine Hill Road, with a low bid of $293,259.00 and authorize the Supervisor to sign all relevant documentation, subject to submission of acceptable bonds and insurance and other requirements.

●    Facility Use – Washingtonville High School Touchdown Club to use Mays Field, picnic area and toilets, Sunday August 2, 2007 for a pre-season morale builder.

●    Monell Engine Company to use Mays Field, pavilion and toilets on August 18 from 10am until 8pm for the fire company picnic.

●    Blooming Grove Volunteer Ambulance Corps to use Mays Field, pavilion and toilets, August 11, 2007 from 11am until 3pm for picnic.

●    Braeside Aqua Corp. Orchard Lake, to use the Nutrition Site on Thursday September 27, 2007 at 7pm for a meeting.

●    Lifeline Screening Radiology to use Town Hall on October 12 from 8:30am until 5:15pm for stroke and vascular disease screening.

●    Seminar – Assessor Alan Cagney to attend the fall Assessors Seminar at Adams Mark Hotel, Buffalo, NY on September 23 – 26 at a cost to be reimbursed by the State of New York.
