● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the July 9, 2007 Town Board Meeting and July 13, 2007 Special Town Board Meeting

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    Authorization to hold special election August 14^th to determine whether the Town of Blooming Grove shall lease Town Highway Dept. property, 3,000 square feet, to Homeland Towers LLC to construct wireless communications facilities in exchange for rental income, $2,000 per month with 3% annual increase or 30% of Homeland’s gross tower rental, whichever is greater.

●    Appointment  - John Bach, Jr., Esquire to handle Traffic Court Plea Bargains @ $175.00 per hour.

●    Authorization allowing Jacobowitz and Gubits to defend the Town against a tax certiorari proceeding brought by First Development Group of Blooming Grove.

●    Facility Use – Washingtonville Nationals Traveling Youth Baseball team to use Mays Field (Junior Field) from 9/9/07 until 11/4/07 from 10am until 5pm.

●    Washingtonville High School Touchdown Club to use Mays Field and picnic area Sunday August 26 for football season morale builder.

●    Peddlers license granted to Daniel M. Sauro to operate mobile food est. “Mr. Yum – Yum” in Town of Blooming Grove 2007-‘08.

●     Appointment – To Recreation as seasonal bus driver at standard rate, Ms. Susan Sipko.
