  Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

 

●    Approval of the Minutes of the January 02, 2008 Reorganization Meeting Minutes and the January 08, 2008 Town Board Work Session Minutes.

 

●    Public comment on Agenda items only.

 

●    Public Hearing on Tappan Hills proposed Sidewalk District.

 

●    Resolution to approve the form and manner of execution of official undertaking and sufficiency of surety.

 

●    Resolution to approve the transfer of Gertrude Finch from Nutrition Site P/T to Buildings & Parks F/T.

 

●    Contracts:  Authorization to sign – Ambulance Corps agreement and Humane Society agreement for 2008.

 

●    Appointments: To the Board of Assessment Review effective immediately for a period of one year, Mr. Leonard M. Tarulli, Jr., and Ms. Susan Paris.

 

●    Facility Use – Latino Democratic Committee of Orange County to use Moffat Hall on January 22, 2008 to conduct a meeting.

 

●    The County Executive and Cornell Ext. University to use the Town Hall on January 28, 2008 to conduct a seminar on energy conservation.  The public is invited.

 

●    Petty Cash – Authorization for a Petty Cash account of $50.00 for Buildings/Parks Department.

 

●    Transfers –  Resolution to authorize the transfer of $17,389.25 from Capital Account – Worley Water District #1, to the Village of South Blooming Grove.

 

●     Warrants – Authorization to pay
