·           Motion to adopt this Local Law.

 

·          Resolution to set Facility Use Permit fee and Security Deposit

 

·          Bid Approval for Demolition and clean-up at #14 Dallas Drive to “Drop a Box”, Warwick with a bid of $2,040.00

 

·          Bid Award on 1999 Ford Crown Victoria to Liberty Motors, Jersey City with a bid of $1,139.99.

 

·          Bid award on Smithco Super Rake to Wilfred MacDonald Inc.  with a bid of $13,995.00

 

·          Advertise for bids on Joint Highway/Police Department Cold Storage Evidence Building.  Bids to be opened on Thursday,  March 22, at 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in Town Hall

 

·          Advertise for bids on San Marcos Drive road improvement project.  Bids to be opened on Thursday, March 22, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. in Town Hall.

 

·          Resolution to approve a six month extension to the Town-O&R well agreement.

·          Approve termination and partial  refund of the Scalia Sewer Lease

 

·          Authorize the Town Comptroller to transfer $7500 from 5142.100DA to 5142.400DA  to enter into a contract/servicing agreement with NYCOMO for Highway truck radios

 

·          Authorization of surplus Highway truck #4, a 1987 dump truck, VIN #1FDYK90L3HVA62031

 

·          Facility use-Town Hall Lower Level for 3/15 at 7 pm to organize the Town clean-up on 4/14, with the Highway Superintendent.

 

·          Washingtonville Little League to use Mays Fields for Baseball and Softball from 3/31/07 thru 7/31/07, Monday –Friday 5pm. -11pm., Saturday 8am-11pm, Sunday 8am-8pm.

 

·          Washingtonville PAL to use Mays Field Basketball courts at Mays Field Monday 7/9/07 thru Wednesday 8/8/07 from 6pm-8pm. Every Monday and Wednesday

 

·          Authorization for the American Red Cross to fly their flag in the Month of March at the Veteran Monument in Salisbury Mills.

 

·          Appoint to Town Recreation as Ballet/Dance Instructor @ $20- per hour, Dara Jenel Dick effective March 16, 2007.

 

·          RSVP Volunteer Recognition Luncheon Sponsorship @ $125
