●    Approval of the Minutes of the January 22, 2007 Town Board Meeting and the February 6, 2007 Work Session

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    Hearing on #14 Dallas Drive property clean up.

●    Set Public Hearing on use of Town property for 2/26 at 7:30pm.

●    Release of Maintenance Bond and Inspection Fee on Kingfisher Court – Woodcock 101 after all bills are paid as per Town Engineers recommendation.

●    Vendors license approval for Mary Anderson for “Mary & Willies Corner” for 2007.

●    Authorization to sign the Town of Blooming Grove PBA and Town of Blooming Grove Superior Officers Council Contract for the 1/1/05 thru 12/31/08 period.

●    Authorization to sign the 2007 Community Development Block Grant Agreements.

●    Resignation: From the Town Planning Board, with regret, Mr. Richard Cutter and with grateful appreciation for 36 years of service to the Town of Blooming Grove.
