Town Board Meeting

Wednesday, December 26, 2007 – 7:30pm

● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the December 10, 2007 and the December 20, 2007 Town Board Meetings

●    Public comment on Agenda items only.

●    Set the Town Reorganization Meeting for Wednesday January 2, 2008 at 7pm.

●    Appointment  - In Accordance with Section 20, Town Law to Re-appoint Town Comptroller, Angela Doering for a period of two years, 2008 and 2009.

●    Bids – To approve bidding the Peddler Hill Road reconstruction project.  Specs available January 3, 2008 with bids opened on January 24, 2008.

●    To award the BID on the Vibrator Roller Compactor to Stephenson Equipment with a low bid of $42,284

●    Fee Waiver – Cherry Valley Estates to waive application fee due to delay caused by OCDOH as per Planning Board recommendation.

●    Facility Use – Latino Democratic Committee of Orange County to use the Nutrition Site on January 16, 2008 from 7-10pm to conduct meetings.

●    Moodna Water Group to use the Nutrition Site January 30, 2008 from 7-9pm for a meeting.

●    Needle Chatter to use the Nutrition Site on Tuesdays from 6:30 until 9:00pm throughout 2008.

●    Stitch and Sew to use the Nutrition Site on the first and third Thursdays of 2008 from 6:30 until 9:00pm.

●    Orange County Board of Elections to use lower level Town Hall February 5 from 5:30am until 9:00pm for Presidential Primary Election.

 ●    Transfers – To transfer $24,000 from 5130.400DA to 5142.400DA to purchase road salt.

●     Warrants – Authorization to pay
