Town Board Meeting

● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the November 26 and November 28, Town Board Meetings and the Work Session of December 4, 2007.

●    Public comment on Agenda items only.

●    To Set a Public Hearing - Public hearing on sidewalk district for Tappan Hill Subdivision to be held on January 14 at 7:30pm.

●    Bond – Resolution authorizing a bond for $225,000 –covering the Tax Collector in the performance of her duties during the year 2008.

●    Resolution – To accept the bid from M&S Sanitation Corporation of Florida, NY for a four year two-times-a-week refuse pick-up concerning the Mtn. Lodge garbage district; and to amend the 2008 budget to provide that the total annual contract charge will be $419,136 per year at $37.76 per month, per home or $226.56 per year, per home.

 ●    Authorization to sign the 2008 contract with the Orange County Office for the Aging.

 ●    Approval of the Maintenance Bond, Inspection Fees and Road Dedication on the Eldorado Farm Subdivision as per the Town Engineer and Highway Superintendents recommendation.

  ●   Authorization to award the bid for regular unleaded gasoline, road diesel fuel and #2 heating oil to Bottini Fuel.

  ●   Authorization to award the bid for “sand for ice control” and “washed sand for ice control” to E. Tetz & Sons Inc.

  ●   Authorization for Highway Superintendent to purchase one double drum vibratory roller compactor.

  ●   To accept the resignation of Assessors Clerk, Kathleen Cagney effective 12/14/07.

  ●   To accept the resignation of part time Custodian, Anthony Fiorito, effective December 31, 2007.
