● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the August 13^th, 2007 Town Board Meeting

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    Resolution to set a public hearing for September 10, 2007 on amendments to regulate accessory apartments for 7:30pm.

●    Authorization for Jacobowitz & Gubits to defend the Town in the 2007-08 Tax Certiorari proceedings.

●    Facility Use – For the use of Moffat Hall by the Sheahan-Gormley School of Irish Dance on Wednesdays 6-9pm and Fridays 3:15 to 9pm commencing September 1, 2007.

●    For use of Mays Field retroactively to August 5^th for Frozen Ropes Baseball Camp.

●    For use of Mays Field, Saturday September 8^th with rain date of September 9^th from 9am until 10pm for a benefit concert by the Village of Washingtonville.

●    For use of Moffat Library Lawn (corner Route 94 and Route 208) to display “Grape Harvest  Banner” from 9/14 until 10/8/07 by the Town/Village Chamber of Commerce.

●    For use of Mays Field, concession, toilets and pavilion, November 16-17 all day for softball tournament by Monell Fire Company.
