Town Board Meeting

● Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

●    Approval of the Minutes of the July 23^rd, 2007 Town Board Meeting and August 7, 2007 Town Board Work Session

●    Public comment on Agenda items only

●    Resolution in opposition to any diminishment of County control of County Road #44.

●    Resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to New York State under the Justice Court Assistance Program to fund Town Court infrastructure.

●    Approval of travel voucher reimbursement in the amount of $1,309.12 to Town Assessor Alan Cagney for Assessors Seminar at Cornell, Ithaca on 7/15/07 to 7/20/07.

●    Maintenance Bond return as per Town Engineers recommendation subject to all fees being paid on Hunter Road in the amount of $25,295.03.

●    Facility Use – Moffat Library to use Moffat Hall on 10/13/07 from 9-5 for a Defensive Driving course and 10/28/07 from 1-4pm for a puppet show, 10/24/07 from 6:30pm to 9pm for the “Friends of Moffat” annual meeting.

●    Blooming Grove Recreation to use the Nutrition Site, kitchen and dining areas for cooking classes on Sept. 10^th, 17^th, 24^th and Oct. 1^st from 3:15 until 4;30pm.

●    Street closing on Sept. 22, 2007 from 1-9pm at Laroc Road and Chandler Drive for a block party.
